1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use binx-ai.com, run by Binx-AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Binx-AI", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is for

• The site gives general information about our services: website and Facebook Messenger chatbots, inbox assistants, and operations automations.
• Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract, or legal, financial, or other professional advice. Services and prices are set only in a signed client agreement.
• Any prices shown are for information only.

3. The AI chat assistant

• The site's chat assistant is AI, not a person. It can be wrong. Do not rely on it for anything important; email support@binx-ai.com to confirm.
• It cannot make quotes, promises, or contracts for us.
• What you type is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure. See the Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure.
• We do not promise any specific business results from our services.

3A. Do not share sensitive information in the chat

Do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat, such as Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, bank account or credit card numbers, passwords, or health information. The chat is not built to collect or protect that kind of information, and we do not need it to answer your questions. If you share it anyway, you do so at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, Binx-AI, LLC is not responsible for information you choose to enter. If we notice sensitive information in a chat log, we will try to delete it.

4. Using the site properly

Please do not:

• break the law or anyone's rights while using the site;
• try to hack, overload, or disrupt the site or chat, or try to make the assistant ignore its rules;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk; or
• send malware, spam, or other people's personal data without permission.

We may limit or block access to anyone who misuses the site or chat.

5. Our content

The site's text, design, and logos belong to Binx-AI or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

The site and chat use outside services (for example our website host Cloudflare, n8n, OpenAI, and Google). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The site and chat are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy and availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Binx-AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

9. Governing law and venue

Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the update.
