You are chatting with AI

The chat assistant on binx-ai.com is an artificial intelligence (AI) program, not a human. It is built by Binx-AI, LLC using n8n (workflow automation) and an OpenAI model accessed through OpenAI's API.

It can be wrong

• AI answers can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, even when they sound sure.
• The assistant cannot give quotes, make promises, sign contracts, or take payments for us.
• It does not give legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
• Please confirm anything important by emailing support@binx-ai.com.

Do not share sensitive information

Do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat, such as Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, bank account or credit card numbers, passwords, or health information. The chat is not built to collect or protect that kind of information, and we do not need it to answer your questions. If you share it anyway, you do so at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, Binx-AI, LLC is not responsible for information you choose to enter. If we notice sensitive information in a chat log, we will try to delete it.

Talking to a person

Email support@binx-ai.com any time. If you leave your name and email in the chat, someone from our team will follow up, usually within 1 business day.

What happens to your chat

• Your messages are sent through n8n to OpenAI to generate replies.
• The chat, plus your name, email, and what you need (if you share them), is saved to a Google Sheet, and we get an email alert so we can follow up.
• We keep chat logs and lead details for 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client.
• OpenAI states it does not use API data to train its models unless the customer opts in, and keeps API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring by default. Source: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/your-data

• We do not sell your chat data.
• Please do not share card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or health details.
