1. Who we are

2. The short version

3. What we collect

When you email us (for example, through an email link on our site): your name, email address, and anything you write, such as your business and what you need.

When you use our website chat assistant:

When you visit the site: your browser sends standard technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page) to our website host, Cloudflare, which keeps it in its normal logs. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Please do not share sensitive information such as card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or health details in the chat or by email.

4. How we use information

We do not use your information to train AI models.

5. AI disclosure

Our website chat assistant is AI software, not a human. It can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. It cannot make binding promises, quotes, or contracts for us. To reach a person, email support@binx-ai.com. See our AI Disclosure for more.

The FTC has warned businesses not to overstate what AI can do or mislead people about whether they are dealing with a machine:

6. Service providers

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the site and chat:

OpenAI and n8n process this data for us under their data processing terms.

7. Sharing, and no sale of personal data

We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the providers in section 6, when the law requires it, to protect our rights or others' safety, as part of a sale or merger of our business, or with your permission.

8. How long we keep information

8A. Do not share sensitive information in the chat

Do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat, such as Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, bank account or credit card numbers, passwords, or health information. The chat is not built to collect or protect that kind of information, and we do not need it to answer your questions. If you share it anyway, you do so at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, Binx-AI, LLC is not responsible for information you choose to enter. If we notice sensitive information in a chat log, we will try to delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards: multi-factor authentication and strong passwords on our accounts, access limited to those who need it, encrypted connections, and deleting data we no longer need. No system is perfectly secure.

12. Children (COPPA)

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Parents can email support@binx-ai.com.

13. Florida law notes

Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. ss. 501.701-501.722). Most duties apply only to a "controller" as defined in s. 501.702, which includes a for-profit business with more than $1 billion in global gross annual revenue that also meets other tests. We do not believe Binx-AI meets that definition. Section 501.715 applies more broadly to selling sensitive personal data; we do not sell any personal data.

Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. s. 501.171). Florida requires reasonable measures to protect certain personal information and notice to affected Florida residents no later than 30 days after a breach is determined (with limited exceptions), plus notice to the Florida Department of Legal Affairs if 500 or more Floridians are affected. We will follow it.
